Alex Peralta, a licensed Mortgage Advisor with Bond Street, graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College and has been with the company for over nine years. While Alex services all client types and loan products that Bond Street supports, he especially enjoys working with first time homebuyers as his most rewarding work is in making them feel comfortable and providing clarity in understanding the mortgage transaction process. ​
