Mike and his team were amazing from the very behind game of the loan process until the end. My wife and I had originally started going through a larger back that we’ve used before and we’re running into several issues where new requirements and new information would continue to come up, decaying the process. With Mike and his team, they took the time to walk us through the entire loan process from the very beginning so there were no surprises. Mike also made himself very available for our questions via phone, text and email. I even remember having Saturday afternoon text conversations with him when the office was closed, to help us meet our tight timelines for closing.
